Long day hike with many rocky difficult stretches.
The trip report
Written by dnaturist
The hike started with an ascent of about 2000 ft with a nice tree canopy. The ridge crest on this section of the Trail was overgrown in many places and had many unwelcoming growths of thorns. Also the Trail many rocky sections that slowed us down.
