About this event

Join us on this classic SE Pennsylvania hike, offering the most scenic vistas along the PA AT. We will hike the 8.5 mile loop and 1300 feet elevation gain to spectacular views along Pulpit Rock and then the Pinnacle (where you can also explore the cave under the rocks). Depart at 10 am from the parking lot at the end of Reservoir Rd.

FYI. I also posted this hike with BLAZE and there are 19 guys signed up! They usually don’t all show up but last time a good portion of them did. Not sure why turnout on GO is so low.

Looking forward to hike tomorrow. Weather looks nice and highs in low 60s. We have potentially 18 guys from NYC group BLAZE join us but I’m sure they won’t all show up. Meet at Pulpit Rock trailhead at end of Reservoir Rd at trailhead at 10. May have to wait till 10:30 to let NYCers time to get there with the public transit schedule. But parking fills so good to get there early.
