The trip report

Written by FLRoy · last updated by thecahuna on Feb 11, 2019

We met promptly at 9am and had a nice ride to downtown Dunedin for a good breakfast with good company. After a nice ride back to our starting point some of the group continued on the trail to Tarpon Springs. Looking forward to doing it again along a different part of the trail.  Thank you to all who participated and feel encouraged to try leading other adventures and encourage others to lead groups in their home towns.

About this event

Plan on meeting 9 AM at parking  lot by Sheriff's ranch thrift store,   2622 Bayshore Blvd., Dunedin Fl 34698. We will ride along part of the 30 mile Pinellas trail and stop at Kelly's on main st. for breakfast. There is also a nice bike shop with rentals if you need to get one.  OTE Bikes & More  727-831-0085  at 2622 Bayshore Blvd.. Helmets and Drinking water stongly recommened, This is my first time posting a event so we'll see how it goes. Hoping Kelly's patio is open that day too. This is also very close to Honeymoon Island State Park for any one who wants a great beach to visit afterwards.

I did a test ride last Sunday and it went well, If you need a bike let me know the day before so I can arrange it the bike shop opens at 10 am but will stage one outside for earlier pickup. Kellys said they don't get busy till after 11 am so we should be fine. Roy
