HUNTERDON COUNTY ARBORETUM HIKE

Walked and socialized on this wonderful autumn day. Walked all the trails of the arboretum ,  but since we finished early ,  after lunch we hit another nearby park ,  Spruce Run Lake Park too. It was too bad however that our group was so small,  one dropped out early,  one didn't show up as usual nor even contact me to make us aware so we were not waiting,    And another one called late as we waited to cancel too as he often does. Disappointed in the turn out again and lack of respect of some folks that sign up !  Glad to have met someone new however and spend the afternoon with some great guys.  

Meet at the park parking lot at 10:30AM. We will then hike around the park on the various paths. Very flat, nothing difficult, easy going day to take in autumn. Some areas may be muddy if rains days before. Bring hiking shoes/boots. Later for those that want to join in on lunch, we will head on over to a Clinton diner for lunch (about 4 miles north off of Rte 31 N) around 1:30  (bring a change of shoes just in case we hit muddy areas of the tail)
