About this event
Enjoy a scenic ride on the 14.6-mile loop trail around Rampart Reservoir near Woodland Park west of Colorado Springs. Rather high altitude but serious fun! The twisty rolling trail follows the shape of the nearby shoreline, a serpentine singletrack trail slithering through thick forest and over rocks, roots and water crossings, and past giant boulders. The scenery is fantastic offering great views of Pikes Peak and the lake. This is not a highly technical trail, but previous experience riding singletrack with roots, rocks, and altitude necessary.
