About this event

Note that we can not go to the Craftsman Farms trip as we had hoped. During Feb. they are in the middle of renovations. Instead, we will meet at 11AM  at the Museum of Early Trade. We will  first visit and tour the museum in Madison, followed by a late lunch around 2:30PM at Chevy’s, two towns over in Morris Plains.
We will meet inside the museum where you pay ($5 per adult). All those joining us will be expected to pay their own entrance fee to the museum, and each person is responsible  at lunch to pay for their own food & drink items, tax and TIP!
The Museum of Early Trades & Crafts has exhibits that enhance the understanding and appreciation of America's past by presenting and interpreting the history, culture and lives of ordinary people through educational programs, through preservation and stewardship of our collection, and through exhibition and demonstration of the trades and crafts practiced in New Jersey from its earliest settlement. It seems on the day we will be visiting the museum they will also be hosting a cooking contest.
