Hiking @ White Memorial Foundation

The forecast sounds perfect so please join us for a midday walk around the beautiful property owned by the White Memorial Foundation (http://www.whitememorialcc.org) located in historic Litchfield CT.  There are over 35 miles of trails across 4000 acres of varied terrain (hills, ponds, lakes) which make for great hiking.   Please eat a hardy breakfast and bring a sandwich, snacks and beverage with you (in a knapsack) for the outing.  We'll hike 4-5 hours and then, for those who wish, we'll adjourn to Litchfield Center for apres-walk food & drink.  Please dress appropriately for the weather and the activity.
