Kayak Wheedon Island N. Paddling Trail

As promised , this is the second in a 3-part event exploring Wheedon Island Preserve.  We will meet at my house , car pool to the Kayak rental place , put in the water right there and paddle to the Preserve.  This trail is about 2 miles long and takes about 2 hours to paddle.  It will be self-guided.  Bring ur compass if u have one!  And bug repellent and bug hats!  Kayak rental is $40. for a half day or $17./hour.  Email me for directions to my house.  Update : due to the excessive cold weather i was told that we will c many Manatee congregating in the warm waters near the power plant that we will kayak near!!

NOTE : Please dont sign up and then not show up!  There are several Motels within a few blocks of my house , if you are coming from out of town and need a place to sleep i can get you that info.  Please dont expect to sleep at my house.  Thanks.  Again , please use this forum ( Gayoutdoors ) to sign-up to do outdoor activities with other like-minded men.  Please dont use it as a dating or hook-up site.
