About this event
The Santa Barbara/Ventura Counties Chapter is hosting this year’s GREAT OUTDOORS Annual All-Chapter Conference. We are are returning to Lake Cachuma, choosing this time a secluded group campsite with beautiful lake views and some protection from the seasonal winds.
There are shaded tent campsites available and room for RVs. There are coin-operated hot showers nearby and the campground offers a full range of features, including a gas station, a marina and a general store.
A highlight of this year’s event will be an Aquarian Masqued Ball on Saturday night with a starlit dance floor and awards for the best This and That. Accompanying this will be a Casino Night and Raffle.
There will also be hikes, activities, and a bring-your-own-meat BBQ
On Saturday there will be a morning hike, an afternoon nature boat trip on the lake ($15), and a dinner BBQ preceding the Masquered Ball.
