Mt. Wantastiquet hike

Mt. Wantastiquet, just across the river from Brattleboro, VT, offers surprisingly attractive views for a mountain its size (about 1360 feet). From the top of Wantastiquet, hikers get a lovely panorama of Brattleboro and the Connecticut River. This is a moderate hike of about 2 miles each way on an old quarry road.
