Outdoor Experience
Most recent big trips were doing 70 miles on Isle Royale over a week in August 2016 and
80 miles over 2 weeks in 2017 before getting derailed by a broken ankle in 2018.
Now I need to get into better cardio shape to get stronger on climbs and lose more weight to reduce the burden on my ankles and knees overall.
