About Me
I'm a holistic wellness coach, certified in functional medicine and eating psychology. I help clients who lead active lives develop personal strategies for prioritizing their physical, emotional and spiritual wellness. My partner and I have been together 30+ years, and we have two adult sons. I'm a widely travelled hermit, outgoing introvert, humorous ponderer, and generally a mass of contradictions. Stats: 5'9", 170#, white hair, blue eyed Irishman.
Favorite Places
Vermont, Maine, Hawaii, NYC, London, Hong Kong, Panama. Just back from 2018 Gay Naturist Gathering in PA -- naked for an entire week with 500+ guys swimming, kayaking, hiking and more. Top destinations still on bucket list are taking an extended RV tour of as many National Parks as possible.
