Details

oney Hollow Hike:

This is a moderate hike on a loop trail through the lower elevation (northern portion) of Camel's Hump State Park. The loop is 5.25 miles.

Elevation gain is 1,000 ft. The trail climbs steeply for a short bit following abandoned logging roads. Then it turns to the right into a nice wooded trail along the Catamount ski trail system. Then we walk down Honey Hollow Rd to go back to the cars on Duxbury Rd.

We meet at 11:50 for a noon sharp departure.

Bring hiking shows with spikes, snow shoes, at least a 2 quarts of water, snack and an extra t-shirt for after the hike, and of course, Fido.

Rain/storm cancels hike.

Food and drink afterwards at: The Blue Stone (https://www.bluestonevermont.com/)
