Easy Ride on Virginia Capital Trail and Lunch

This time we’ll head EAST. Biking approximately 14 easy miles, We’ll start off going east from the courthouse, the Charles City County segment passes many colonial homes, farms and bucolic settings. Followed by a snack/lunch/drink at Cul’s Courthouse Grill located across the street from our start and return points.
Directions
Park at the Charles City County Visitors Center (10600 Courthouse Rd, Charles City, VA 23030); restrooms are also available here. Ride will commence at 9 a.m. and we should be back by 12pm. Bring plenty of water and snacks. There is a great restaurant/grill right across the street from the Visitor’s Center, with great food and an awesome coconut-lemon cake—incredible!!
