Ever run a 5K? 

Ever jumped over fire? climbed a wall? ran thru trails and agility obsticals? 

I'm trying to get a group of "like minded" GO members together to experience this event together.  

I've signed up for the 10:30 start heat and hope others out there will join and we can run together.

The center is in SouthWest Charlotte, NC near I485/i85 on the North Side of the Catawba River.  

the crowd is crazy in the morning so plan to get there early (even if you are spectating!)
