Kayaking in March?!? You betcha'.
Super stable sit-in sea kayaks mean you pretty much wont tip so need to worry about cold water.
Elkhorn Slough is one of the last coastal wetlands reserves in CA. It's a habitat for sea otters, harbor seals, and over 250 resident and migratory bird species. It's amazingly gentle place to paddle and see wildlife up close.
Kayak rentals are for 4 hrs and are $35 for single kayaks and $50 for doubles.
Kayaking takes no prior knowledge. Come explore the outdoors!
It's a pleasant 1hr 45min ride down from SF/ Oakland so lets carpool as much as possible
Let's meet at Kayak Connection (the outfitter) by 11am.
