We will take a walkabout Boston during Christmas time to take in the lights, decorations,a nd spirit of the season. We will explore some of Boston's more interesting out of the way places. Know of one, feel free to contribute ideas on where to walk. My plans are to start at the Park Street Station and walk through the Commons and Gardens and then on to Trinity Church and the Public Library. From there we will walk up to the Maparium and then on to the Charles River. From there we will walk down to the locks on the Charles over to the Constitution and then back to the North End to visit some bakeries. Then on to Faniel Hall and back to Park Street. If the walk is too long for some they can ride the T back to the beginning.

We will meet outside of the Park Street T Station at 1 PM. The Park Street Station is at the corner of Park Street and Tremont Street on the East side of the Commons. I will be in a red jacket. A great place to park is the Boston Common Parking Garage between the Commons and the Boston Garden on Charles Street.
